I'm Debra Volanski, sole proprietor of Debra’s Designs. As an interior designer, it is my duty to assist
clients in making appropriate choices based on their needs and budget.
When your needs are the primary focus, costly changes are avoided and bad choices are eliminated. My goal is to help you efficiently work
within the confines of your budget. With thorough planning from concept to execution, together we will successfully achieve the environment that best suits you.

After completing my degree in Visual Communications, I began my career as a graphic designer, meticulously designing and executing presentations,
brochures, annual reports, and the like for Fortune 500 companies. Extensive work with architects and interior designers from large engineering and
architectural firms ignited my interest in interior design.
I returned to school and received a comprehensive Bachelor's of Science Degree in Interior Design. Equipped with several years of experience
working alongside numerous architects, I opened my own interior design studio, Debra’s Designs, in 1994.
With a unique mix of capabilities from both my graphic and interior design background, I have successfully consulted, designed, and executed
interiors for new construction and renovation projects. I have planned office spaces, refurbished retirement homes, devised and purchased
finish selections for a variety of interiors you can view here.
